Please print out, write down and save your ESET license user name and password.
NOTE: You can use this form to request the Username and Password for a license purchased directly from ESET or one of our authorized distributors or resellers. If you are using a trial version or have changed your email address since the date of purchase, please contact our support department.
User name and password instructions
1) Open the main program window by clicking the icon
Windows notification area or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET
Smart Security/ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
2) Click 'Update' and then click 'User name and Password setup'. The User name is shown, the Password is hidden.
3) Enter the user name and password into the fields given.
